We save your spot and we reject other people to go on that speciific tour/boat, reason why deposit is non refundable.

Trips go out shine or rain, unless port is closed by HARBOR MASTER or cruise ship doesn't dock in Cozumel. In this case the deposit of $25 usd will be refunded, except the tax.

Reef conditions, other groups/tours, currents, weather, sea conditions, visibility, debris, flora, fauna and divers or snokelers' fear are factors that are not under control and these are not reasons for partial or full refunds.
